ADMINISTRATION DIVISION 
The Administration Division provides the overall direction, planning, and personnel services for the Department. The goal of the Division is to assure that the men and women of the Department have the leadership and materials necessary to provide the citizens of West Palm Beach the best possible fire protection and emergency medical services.

Members of the Division manage the Department's budget procedures, purchasing and planning for future needs and expansion. The Division is responsible for planning for disasters and heads the City's hurricane preparedness operations.
